What information do we collect about you?
Other than the cookie information explained below, we do not collect information about you when you visit our website as our website is in effect just an online brochure.
If you want to make an enquiry via our online form we collect your name and email address so that we can reply to your enquiry.
The information we collect about you when you place an order for products or services at your home, at our premises or over the phone would be your name, address, telephone number and where offered to us, your email address. This is stored so that we can deliver, install and service your products and to keep you updated on our progress.

If you are claiming VAT Exemption, due to a disability, we need to store details of your disability for inspection by HMRC. this is not collected via the website but through our paper order and service forms.

We may share your information with credit reference agencies and other companies for use in credit decisions, for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors.
In some cases we will need to share your information with Stairlift / Wheelchair or other product Manufacturers so that they can install their products, delivery your products and/or assess your requirements.
